Rick Astley and T’Pau star Carol Decker were among the famous stars from in and around Liverpool who teamed up virtually for a performance of Ken Dodd’s classic track Happiness.
Claire Sweeney, Shirley Ballas, Ricky Tomlinson, Les Dennis, and Gary Christian also contributed performances to the feel-good performance, in association with The Comedy trust.

The stars are raising money for NHS Charities Together, to support healthcare workers on the frontlines amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
“Very proud to participate in this sweet, funny, heart-warming tribute to our great #nhs Please RT and donate if you can . Every penny helps,” wrote China in Your Hand star Carol as she shared the clip.
Together Forever star Rick added: “Fantastic to be involved with this initiative supporting our wonderful NHS staff and volunteers caring for COVID-19 patients. Please share and donate – Rick x.”
The Never Gonna Give You Up hitmaker has been active in supporting the NHS during the coronavirus crisis and is giving away free tickets to NHS staff for his arena shows later this year.
