Former Yell! star Daniel James is back with the official music video for his latest single Don’t Want To Lose That Girl.
Released in July, the track was inspired by friends of the singer going through difficult times in their relationships.
During one of the many conversations Daniel had, one person whose marriage of 60 years was on the rocks told him, “I don’t want to lose that girl,” after which he penned the tune.
In the accompanying visual, the star performs the track in a studio as footage of various couples plays in the background.
Don’t Want To Lose That Girl follows Daniel’s comeback single Set Your Spirit Free and quickly became a radio hit, entering Nation Radio’s Heritage Chart Top 30 days after release.
