The Rolling Stones are ready to rock again.
Guitarist Ronnie Wood has confirmed the follow-up to 2023’s ‘Hackney Diamonds’ – which saw them reunite with producer Andrew Watt for the band’s first album of original material in 18 years – is in the can.
Speaking at the group’s RS No9 shop in Carnaby Street, the musician shared (via The Sun’s Bizarre column): “Yes you will be getting a new album next year. It is done.”
Whilst signing copies of his new double anthology album, ‘Fearless’, Ronnie also shared his desire to hit the road once more with bandmates Mick Jagger and Keith Richards.
“Yes we are hoping to do some dates,” he added. “Hopefully we will be back out there but I am still waiting to find out myself.”
