Natasha Bedingfield has released a new version of her classic hit single Unwritten.
Originally released as the third single from her debut studio album of the same name, the track was a UK Top 10 hit and peaked in the Top 5 in the US after serving as the theme song for TV show ‘The Hills’.
Announcing a new version of the hit, Natasha said: “I wish I had counted how many times I’ve sung this song, got a feeling it’s over 10 thousand.
“One of my favourite ways to sing Unwritten has always been with an acoustic guitar and to hear you all singing with me.
“I’m thrilled to share with you that in response to popular demand I finally recorded a proper acoustic version of Unwritten!
“My re-recording restriction was up with my label so it was a perfect time to do a ‘Natasha’s version’.”
She added: “To me the song is the gift that keeps living. All the stories and responses that never stop about what this song means to people gives me so much life!”
The new release comes three years after Natasha released her fourth studio album ‘Roll With Me’ in 2019.
