Nadine Coyle urged fans to send Sarah Harding “all their best wishes” as she shared an update on the singer’s cancer battle.
The Girls Aloud star revealed last year that she’s battling “advanced” breast cancer and, in her memoir ‘Hear Me Out’, admitted doctors advised her Christmas 2020 could be her last.
As she introduced a solo performance of some of the group’s biggest hits at Essex Pride on Saturday, August 21, Nadine shared a devastating update on Sarah’s illness.

“As you know our lovely Sarah is not doing too well,” she admitted. “So I want you to all send all your best wishes, all your most positive wishes…
“Send them all her way,” the Call the Shots singer urged fans.
Following the star’s comments, fans on Twitter started the #WeLoveYouSarah hashtag in a bid to get the message trending and reach Sarah.
Sarah revealed she’d been diagnosed with breast cancer last August, shortly after the girls all reconnected ahead of a potential reunion, and in ‘Hear Me Out’ she opened up about her prognosis.
“In December my doctor told me that the upcoming Christmas would probably be my last,” she said. “I don’t want an exact prognosis. I don’t know why anyone would want that. Comfort and being as pain-free as possible is what’s important to me now.
“I’m trying to live and enjoy every second of my life, however long it might be. I am having a glass of wine or two during all this, because it helps me relax. I’m sure some people might think that’s not a great idea, but I want to try to enjoy myself.
“I’m at a stage now where I don’t know how many months I have left. Who knows, maybe I’ll surprise everyone, but that’s how I’m looking at things.”
