Mariah Carey is celebrating 30 years of her holiday classic All I Want For Christmas is You with a series of reissues.
This year marks three decades of the chart-topping single and its parent album ‘Merry Christmas (1994), with the Hero singer reissuing the LP across formats, along with its iconic lead single.
Taking to social media, Mariah shared two new covers for the single, one of which sees her recreate the album cover in a Santa-inspired jumpsuit, trimmed with fur, and another in an all-white gown and fur.
She wrote: “While it is definitely not time to listen to Christmas music yet I wanted to share a glimpse of #MerryChristmas30 with you! An homage to the original album cover, here is the cover art for two of the four new “All I Want For Christmas Is You” physical singles… available for pre-order now!”
As part of the celebrations, the Without You hitmaker is heading out on tour across the US, with dates throughout November and December this year.
The Queen of Christmas will play 20 cities across the US as she rings in the festive season with what’s billed as her “grandest holiday spectacle to date”.
The tour coincides with her ‘Celebration Of Mimi’ residency at Las Vegas’ Dolby Live at Park MGM.
