Mariah Carey is back at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 with All I Want For Christmas Is You.
The diva’s holiday anthem has returned to its peak position for the sixth consecutive year, marking its 15th total week atop the chart.
It’s netted 38 million streams and 24 million radio airplay audience impressions, according to Luminate, having originally been released in 1994 on Carey’s ‘Merry Christmas’ album.
The song first appeared in the Top 10 of the Hot 100 in December 2017, and reached the Top 5 the following year. It went on to reach No. 1 in 2019 (three weeks), 2020 (two weeks), 2021 (three weeks), 2022 (four weeks) and 2023 (two weeks).
The song makes the Hero singer as the first artist to have reached No. 1 on the Hot 100 in four decades: 1990s, 2000s, 2010s and 2020s.
