Madonna makes a surprise cameo in Snoop Dogg’s new Gang Signs music video.
The Queen of Pop is name checked in the track, featuring Mozzy, and makes an iconic appearance in the newly-released visual for the tune.
In the song, Snoop raps: “Crip walking with my homegirl Martha / While I’m passing joints to Madonna / Who wanna smoke with Snoop? Let’s have a smoke or two / Puff, puff, pass, that’s what real smokers do.”
Meanwhile, on screen Madonna is seen smoking in a purple outfit – a look she previously wore in a selection of posts on her Instagram page, while getting up close and personal with her boyfriend, Ahlamalik Williams.
After the video dropped, Madonna shared on social media: “Was so much fun to show up in @SnoopDogg video for his new song Gang Signs!”
Gang Signs is lifted from Snoop’s 18th studio album ‘From tha Streets 2 tha Suites’, out now.
Madonna was recently working on the final reshoots for her ‘Madame X’ concert film and documentary special. She supported her 2019 album with an impressive 75-date theatre jaunt, with stops across the US, mainland Europe and the UK through 2019/2020.
After wrapping the trek last March following eight shows in Paris, the Future singer was forced to take some necessary downtime, which included a number of surgeries following an ongoing knee complaint.

While details of the documentary have yet to be confirmed, according to reports Madonna’s taking the show to streaming giant Netflix.
In a recent Instagram post, LA-based production boutique VANDAL – which represents directing duo Sasha Kasiuha and VMA Award winner Nuno Xico – revealed the project in a since-deleted post.
Previewing upcoming “music-driven content”, they wrote: “First up is the Netflix documentary chronicling Madonna’s Madame X Tour.
“Coming from the world of film editorial and visual effects, respectively, Nuno and Sasha juxtapose traditional cinematic art form with cutting edge technologies and other mixed media, [to] create not just a story, but a sensation.”
Additionally, Madonna has been working on a biopic based on her life and career – however the project recently appeared to grind to a halt when collaborator Diablo Cody reportedly quitafter encountering difficulties working with the star.
