Little Boots will release her fourth studio album ‘Tomorrow’s Yesterdays’ on March 18.
The singer-songwriter’s latest LP is her first since 2015’s ‘Working Girl’ and includes the singles Silver Balloons, Landline and Crying on the Inside.
The majority of the album is solely written by the artist, who also produced the record herself, with fans on membership platform Patreon funding the process.
Speaking in the launch issue of Retro Pop, the star aka Victoria Hesketh said: “I always had a bit of a confidence crisis when it came to production.
“I just thought I wasn’t good enough, or I didn’t know what I was doing… But I proved myself wrong on this record.
“I was quite shocked that I actually got them to this releasable level without the validation of an older white man.
“I feel quite invincible now because I’m like, ‘Wow, I can just produce it, I don’t need anyone else, I could just keep making records.’ It’s given me a lot of confidence.”
‘Tomorrow’s Yesterdays’ is available to pre-order on CD and vinyl.
