Oasis star Liam now boasts a total of 14 No. 1 albums, across solo and group projects from the past three decades, while Stone Roses guitarist John earns his first chart-topper.
“Thanks to everyone who bought this record me n John appreciate the support can’t wait to play it live and blow your minds and as the late great terry hall once said it ain’t what you do it’s the way that you do it peace n love LG x [sic],” Liam wrote on X.
John later reposted the message and added a photo of the pair with their OfficialCharts trophies.
In a review of the album, RETROPOP called Liam and John’s LP “a highlight from both’s catalogues and the beginning of a potentially groundbreaking collaboration in British music.”
