Lady Gaga is on track to secure her sixth No. 1 album on UK charts this week.
‘Mayhem’ – the singer’s latest LP, featuring the hit singles Abracadabra and Die With A Smile featuring Bruno Mars – is at the top of the countdown in the first midweek update, knocking Sabrina Carpenter‘s ‘Short N’ Sweet’ from the summit.
The record serves as the follow-up to 2020’s ‘Chromatica’ – which also topped the charts and delivered the UK No. 1 single, Rain On Me with Ariana Grande – along with ‘Love For Sale’ (2021), her second collaborative album with Tony Bennett, and ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’ companion album, ‘Harlequin’ (2024).
Gaga’s other chart-topping albums include: ‘The Fame’ (2008), ‘Born This Way’ (2010) and ‘Artpop’ (2013).
