Lady Gaga will release her new single Disease this Friday (October 25).
A month after the release of her ‘Harlequin’ soundtrack album to ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’, the pop superstar finally confirmed her latest release after days of teasing in a post on social media.

The Perfect Illusion hitmaker posted a graphic depicting a bird’s eye view of a woman on the bonnet of a car, with the title spelled out backwards on the road.
She also confirmed the time the track would be released in time zones around the world, while the caption simply read: “DISEASE 10.25”.
Disease is expected to be our first taste of Gaga’s hotly-anticipated seventh studio album, with Gaga recently opening up about her new record, teasing: “The pop album is nothing like ‘Chromatica’. It’s a completely different record. I don’t know that I’m even ready to talk about it yet, but it’s coming out soon, and I will.
“What I would say is, it’s all for me. It’s meant to be ingested as a time in my life. And I’m also really excited about this idea that I don’t have to adhere to an era if I don’t want to. I can have a few going at once.
“That feels unhinged and more like me or Harley. Or whoever.”
Earlier this year, Gaga hinted towards her seventh studio album while celebrating her 38th birthday, writing in a post on Instagram: “I feel like my heart is bursting for my own health and MUSIC. I am writing some of my best music.
“I’ve been writing pop songs since I was a little girl [and] I can’t believe I still get to do what I love. This year will be an important and meaningful year for us I know.
“Music changes people lives im so honored I get to be a part of that in this life. [sic],” the Born This Way singer added.
