Kylie Minogue is the new Queen of Social Distancing!
Guidelines in the star’s native Australia encourage citizens to stay 1.5 metres apart from one another to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 – and that just so happens to be the height of the Get Outta My Way star.
Journalist Rae Johnson first shared a snap of a social distancing marker Down Under, reading: “Please maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres (or 1 Kylie Minogue) from others at all times.”

The post soon gained momentum online, amassing almost 3,000 likes and close to 1,000 retweets, as fans began to discuss the revelation.
Among those was author Kathy Lette, who shared an edited photo of Kylie onstage to make the social distancing message clearer than ever.
“In Oz, when a stranger gets up too close & personal, the new warning is ‘Hey mate, back it up a Minogue’,” she penned in the caption of the post.
