Kylie Minogue’s signature wine range is a bigger hit than even she could have imagined after selling her one millionth bottle of the beverage.
The Red Blooded Woman singer launched her Kylie Minogue Wines brand just last May and, since launch, have been selling at a rate of about 85,000 a month.
Included in the collection is two rosés, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cava and Chardonnay.
And Kylie revealed fans were so eager to get their hands on the vino that Tesco bosses had to re-order them three times.
G’day WA!! 🌤 Loving glorious #MargaretRiver! So much to see and experience here (Including having a glass of my very own Chardonnay in the actual vineyard!😊) Cheers to you and yours. With LOVE! 💖💖💖 @Australia #seeaustralia pic.twitter.com/g7XvNQNWQb

“I would never have predicted this,” she admitted. “I’d no idea how it all worked, but I was willing to ask really dumb questions.”
And Kylie previously admitted she views her wine business as being similar to her music career.
“What feels familiar is the connection with people,” she told The Sunday Times magazine. “I’m always giving bottles to friends because I want their opinions, or they’ll give me bottles they think I should try.
“There’s an interaction that is beautiful and fun. I never thought it would be called work.”
Meanwhile, Kylie recently confirmed she’s set to re-release her record-breaking LP ‘DISCO’ with an expanded tracklist later this year.
Teasing she’s “set up a home studio” in Melbourne, the Get Outta My Way star confirmed she’s started to work on new tracks for a deluxe re-release.
“This year, we will do a repack of ‘DISCO’ and that instantly gets my neurons firing,” confirmed Kylie. “What else can we do? What will that lead to? There’s a lot to play with…”
In our review of ‘DISCO’, Retro Pop said the album, “comes just in time to help us dance through the darkness and back into the light.
“’DISCO’ is packed with upbeat, care-free ’70s inspired dance music – and, frankly, that’s just what we needed right now!”
