Jason Donovan is fastening up his skates and hitting the ice for the 2021 series of Dancing On Ice.
The PWL legend confirmed the news This Morning on Thursday, admitting he’s taking part because he had always been a “big fan of winter sports”.
He told hosts Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby: “With a show like this you really have to dedicate and work hard at it… (I also have) the opportunity to spend Sunday night with you guys!”
However, Jason also admitted that he was worried about getting hurt, adding: “Injury is a big jeopardy of the show.”
His fears may already have been realised, however, as the star appears to have already begun training and was recently spotted out and about in London with a cut on his forehead.

The Too Many Broken Hearts star also took to Twitter, writing in an announcement: “The news is out !! I am delighted to announce I am taking part in @dancingonice.

The news of his involvement in the show comes shortly after Jason confirmed his Even More Good Reasons Tour, slated to take place next February/March, has been postponed until later in the year.
