Erasure have stalled the start of the US leg of their ‘The Neon Tour’.
Andy Bell and Vince Clarke were set to head stateside for a string of shows throughout January/February in support of their 18th album of the same name, but have opted to put the brakes on their plans.
In a statement on social media, they penned: “We are very sorry to have to announce that, as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we need to postpone our Jan and Feb North American dates.

It’s not the first time the Always hitmakers have had to postpone their live dates over the past two years; most recently, they bumped a selection of European dates to May due to the pandemic.
‘The Neon’ scored Erasure their highest charting UK album since 1994 release ‘I Say I Say I Say’.
