Elton John has recorded himself performing BTS’ latest hit Permission to Dance.
The K-pop group give Rocket Man star Elton a special mention in the opening lines of their current chart smash, which features rapper RM singing, ‘When it all feels like it’s wrong / Just sing along to Elton John / And to that feeling, we’re just getting started.’
After the South Korean star shared a clip of himself lip syncing along to the tune and tagged Elton, he repaid the favour by posting his own video.

The Tiny Dancer star laid down his own vocals, singing the line, “When the nights get colder, And the rhythms got you falling behind,” before thanking RM and the group’s ARMY fanbase.
When the track was first released, Elton appeared thrilled by the name drop as he shared his love for the seven-piece group.
He penned: “When it all seems like it’s right, I sing along to @bts_bighit #PermissionToDance.”
