Delta Goodrem finds strength in her journey so far on her latest single ‘Warrior’.
The track is the third to be lifted from the singer-songwriter’s forthcoming eighth studio album, ‘Pure‘ – due November 6 via ATLED and Universal Music – following previous hits ‘Hologram‘ and Australia’s 2026 Eurovision Song Contest entry ‘Eclipse‘.
On the single, Goodrem says “To me, ‘Warrior’ is about the strength you collect along the way. You can’t change the past, but you can recognise what it taught you and step into the next chapter a little stronger, a little fiercer and hopefully a lot wiser.
“I think when we’re younger, we imagine strength means never falling apart. With time, we learn that it’s actually about taking the lesson with you and continuing to move forward.
“‘Warrior’ is about honouring every version of yourself: the hero, the villain, the fearless one and the frightened one – and realising they all helped make you who you are.”

Speaking about her upcoming record, the ‘Born To Try’ hitmaker explained: “’Pure’ is an album I’ve been creating and living through over the past few years, and it truly feels like a return to myself and the heart of who I am as an artist.
“It holds some of my biggest singalongs, my most vulnerable moments, and brings in all the elements I love most in music – from intimate classical piano pieces to uplifting cinematic anthems.
“I cannot wait for everyone to step into the world of ‘Pure’ and make these songs part of their own story too.”
