The first acts have been revealed for next year’s Hampton Court Palace Festival, with Deacon Blue, Nile Rodgers & CHIC and Sheryl Crow among those set to perform.
Funk legend Nile will top the bill on June 13, followed by the UK’s Eurovision 2022 entrant, Sam Ryder, on June 14. A live version of the hit podcast, The Rest Is History, with historians Dominic Sandbrook and Tom Holland, will take place on June 16, aptly focussed on Henry VIII and the Tudor period.
The following week will see headlining performances from Sheryl Crow on June 18, Deacon Blue on June 19 and Paloma Faith on June 20.
Taking place within the main courtyard of the Tudor palace next summer, further names will be revealed in due course.
