Holiday hits from Mariah Carey and Wham! are set to enter the Top 10 of the UK Singles Chart this week.
The first look at this week’s midweek update from OfficialCharts sees both artist return to the upper echelons of the charts, with George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley bounding back into the Top 5 with Last Christmas at No. 4.
Meanwhile, Queen of Christmas Mariah Carey also reenters the Top 10 as All I Want For Christmas Is You ascends to No. 9.
Last year, both tracks topped the charts, with Wham! scoring the 2023 Christmas No. 1.
It comes amid a series of reissues from both artists; Last Christmas turns 40 with a series of physical reissues, while All I Want For Christmas Is You – and its parent album ‘Merry Christmas’ – hit 30 with a run of re-releases.
