Chaka Khan has been announced as the curator of the 2024 Meltdown festival.
The annual event returns between June 14 and June 23, with the I’m Every Woman hitmaker in charge of putting on the line-up of artists who’ll perform at London’s Southbank Centre this summer.

“This festival isn’t just about music, it’s a feast for all your senses, a gathering of hearts and souls. The Southbank Centre’s about to light up! We’re going to funk it up, rock every crowd, and touch every soul. It’s a community celebration, an all-ages bash. The first names for Chaka Khan’s Meltdown will be revealed in the spring. Christine and the Queens was the curator for the 2023 series.
