Bryan Adams has shared the second instalment of his ‘Classic’ album series.
The project sees the Summer of ‘69 rocker revisit tracks from throughout his four decade career with brand new recordings.
Following Part I, which included new versions of eight cuts, including Everything I Do (I Do It For You), Heaven and Run To You, he’s shared seven new revisions on the latest edition.
Included are singles such as Can’t Stop This Thing We Started, Cuts Like A Knife and Back To You, along with a new recording of When You’re Gone, featuring Melanie C.
The Spice Girls legend recently reunited with Bryan on stage during the UK leg of his ‘So Happy It Hurts’ tour, in support of his 15th studio album.
Alongside a rendition of their chart smash, they also treated the crowd to a rendition of Frankie Valli’s Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.
Speaking in the April 2022 issue of Retro Pop, Bryan opened up about his latest album and admitted that, four decades into his career, he still struggles to comprehend his superstar status.
“Someone said to me, ‘Do you ever hear some buskers doing your songs?’ and I said, ‘Yeah, me!’,” he laughed. “It still feels like I’m busking all this time later.”
