Bruce Springsteen has announced plans to celebrate four decades of his seminal album ‘Nebraska’.
Originally released in 1982, the LP followed ‘The River’ (1980) and is his only album to be recorded entirely solo.
Following its landmark anniversary on September 30, the record will be available as the Essentials Record of the Month for October from Vinyl Me, Please.
The exclusive 180g Black Smoke vinyl comes packaged with Listening Notes and an original art print, according to a social media post from The Boss.
‘Nebraska’ has been half-speed mastered for the new version by engineer Barry Grint. The art print comes courtesy of Justin A. McHugh
