Britney Spears is reportedly planning to enlist Lady Gaga’s team for her musical comeback.
The singer hasn’t released new music since 2016’s ‘Glory’ but that all looks to change after her conservatorship was terminated earlier this month.
According to The Sun, the Piece of Me star is looking to get back to work and discussing new projects as she assembles the perfect team around her.
After her long- term manager Larry Rudolph quit in July, Britney is apparently eyeing Bobby Campbell to take the reins going forward.
“She has a lot of respect for the working relationship Bobby has with Lady Gaga,” an insider said. “Britney thinks they might make a good team.
“It is early days but she feels there is potential.”
They added: “The ideas being discussed include a greatest hits album with new bonus tracks, and live dates which are being seen as her farewell tour.”
Earlier this month, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny terminated the arrangement that has hung over the pop star, restricting the control of her finances and wellbeing.
Britney could be free to make her own life decisions again early in the new year, once administrative and legal matters have been tied up.
