Beverley Knight The Fifth Chapter

Beverley Knight is continuing her 50th birthday celebrations in style with news of her new studio album, ‘The Fifth Chapter’, out later this year.

Marking her first LP release in seven years, the record is billed as “a spectacular journey through the inspirations that have defined her incredible career”

Beverley explains: “My new album covers the kaleidoscope of my soul influences from disco, R&B, funk, gospel through to northern soul and big ballades.

“Maintaining a dual career in acting meant that for the first time I stepped back from my usual songwriting to allow some of the world’s greatest songwriters to scribe my thoughts.

“This album is a true team effort of incredible talents for which I am truly grateful.”

Lead single, Last One On My Mind, is out now.

‘The Fifth Chapter’ is out September 29 on Tag8/BMG and available to pre-order now

In addition to releasing new music, Beverley will embark on her largest UK Tour to date as she celebrates her 50th birthday later this year.

The Queen of British Soul will perform 20 headline dates across the country throughout October and November 2023, including a stop at the iconic London Palladium.
