Sparks appear to be teasing new music with the latest social media post.

Taking to X, the pair posted a video featuring an angry cartoon face, which they also set as their profile picture.
It comes after the pair announced that they’d signed to Transgressive Records back in October, and confirmed that a new album was due in 2025, while collecting their award for Outstanding Contribution to Music at the Association of Independent Music (AIM) Awards.
Sparks have released 25 studio albums since their 1971 debut, along with the 2015 album, ‘FFS’, as part of a supergroup with Franz Ferdinand. The duo also crafted soundtracks for romantic drama ‘Annette’ and their documentary film, ‘The Sparks Brothers’.
