Anastacia has released Highs & Lows as the lead single from the Gold Deluxe Edition of her latest album ‘Our Songs’.
The track is a cover of German singer-songwriter Michael Schulte’s 2019 song, lifted from his seventh studio album of the same name, and follows the trend of her current LP, which features reinterpretations of songs by German artists.

Having proven a hit across Europe last year with singles such as Best Days and Supergirl, the Left Outside Alone hitmaker will release a new edition of ‘Our Songs‘ on June 21.
And it seems there’s plenty more to look forward to from Anastacia; in RETROPOP’s April 2024 cover feature, the chart-topper opened up about her plans for the next 12 months as she celebrates 25 years in pop.
“There needs to be,” she beams of plans to mark the milestone. “Covid already took over my 20th – how dare her – so 2025 is gonna be like, ‘She’s alive and 25’. Ooh I like that! There’s the tagline for my tour!”
