Altered Images have released their new single Beautiful Thing.
The single is the second to be lifted from ‘Mascara Streakz’ – their first album in four decades – after its title track.
Led by original members Clare Grogan and Stephen Lironi, ‘Mascara Streakz’ represents the group’s first new music in almost 40 years.
The band’s new offering brings their sound up to date, with its synth-pop melody and contemporary beats an evolution from their original spiky guitar pop style.
In addition to the new album, the group is set to hit the road in September for a string of headline UK tour dates.
