Alison Goldfrapp will embark on a tour of the UK in February 2024 in support of her latest album.
The Goldfrapp star released ‘The Love Invention’ earlier this month and debuted in the UK Top 10 with her first-ever solo LP.
Having celebrated the release with a gig at London’s HERE at Outernet, she’s taking the show on the road with a run of six dates across the country.
Launching in Manchester on February 24 before hitting Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol, the tour will wrap on March 1 with a final stop in London.
In a video announcement, Alison also confirmed plans were in the works to take the shows “across the pond”, promising more details soon.
In a review of the album, RETROPOP called ‘The Love Invention’ “a bloody good pop record that has everything great pop music should: infectious beats, undeniable hooks, great lyrics and, at the forefront of it all, one of British pop’s brightest and most enduring stars.”
