Alesha Dixon looks to have new music on the way. 

Although the former Mis-Teeq star has released tracks in recent years, her main focus has been TV commitments, such as ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and new format ‘Walk The Line’. 

But according to The Sun, she is pushing ahead and concentrating on new music, due for release in 2022. 

“Alesha is best known now as a TV personality but her first love has always been music,” insiders reveal. 

“She has been working hard on new tracks in the studio and is planning to release them next year.

“Alesha has been working on the songs for a long time but now she is pushing ahead and concentrating seriously on the tracks.”

The Let’s Get Excited hitmaker recently built a new team around herself, and the move is said to have given her “a new lease of life”.

“Alesha has been telling friends she is her own boss and sees the next few months as her time to shine,” sources add. 

“It is such an exciting time for her and she can’t wait for her fans to hear what she has been working on.”

They insist “Alesha is putting everything she has into her music and during lockdown got into the best shape of her life.

“In between home-schooling her seven-year-old daughter Azura and work, she started a strict regime.

“Alesha feels more confident than ever both physically and mentally and is ready for this new challenge.”

The pop star released her latest single, War, earlier this year – six years after her fourth album, ‘Do It for Love’.
