Alcazar will finally grace the stage at the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final as part of a star-studded ABBA tribute.
The Contest returns to Sweden on the 50th anniversary of the supergroup’s iconic victory with Waterloo, which will be celebrated with an epic medley performance.

The disco-pop outfit have competed five times in the Swedish pre-selection for Eurovision, Melodifestivalen, but this marks the first time they’ve never made it to the Contest.
Per Blankens, TV producer for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, says: “If there’s anyone who can get the festive atmosphere we want to create in the Malmö Arena to celebrate the 50th anniversary, it’s Alcazar. That’s why we’re so happy that we found a fun way to involve them so they could reunite with us for one evening.”
