Swedish pop favourite Agnes will release her fifth studio album on October 22.
The singer confirmed her first record in nine years is coming during an appearance on ‘The Sound of Now’ podcast.
Revealing the LP has strong disco influences and is formed of eight tracks and musical interludes, she says: “The album is very much [inspired by] that time [away from music]… of finding freedom, to understand what it is to be a human being and to grow.
“At the same time, I wanted to make an album that, when I go up on stage, I want to feel powerful, filled with energy and like the sky has no limit.
“The whole album was a healing process and I’ve been having so much fun.”
The LP follows a string of hit singles, including Goodlife, Fingers Crossed and 24 Hours. A new track will drop on October 1, according to the star.
