‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’ gets its first cassette reissue in three decades later this year. 

Due November 5, the collectible, silver-coloured cassette features the original 12-track record and is limited to 5,000 units worldwide.

The soundtrack to the 1965 TV special features a host of yuletide standards from the Vince Guaraldi Trio, plus such originals as Christmas Time Is Here and the iconic Linus and Lucy.

Its release follows the limited ‘Silver Foil’ vinyl edition of ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’, due October 1, which sees the album’s classic white cover reimagined with an embossed silver foil jacket. 

Both the cassette and vinyl editions are available to pre-order now.
