Charles Kelley has shared a new version of his road trip anthem ‘Driving And Listening To Music’ with help from pop-rock hitmaker Richard Marx.
The Lady A star first released the track as a single from his second solo outing, 2025’s ‘Songs For A New Moon’, with the tune inspired by memories of long drives with his dad blasting tunes on the radio.
After previously teaming up with Maren Morris on a reworked version of ‘Can’t Be Alone Tonight’ from the same LP, Kelley has hooked up with ’80s chart-topper Marx on another revamp.
It’s a collaboration that taps into the nostalgic core of his latest solo outing and arrives as the ‘Need You Now’ hitmaker marks one year since its release.
