Cher will take home the 2024 iHeartRadio Icon Award at this year’s ceremony.
The event will air live from Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on April 1, with performances by Justin Timberlake, Green Day, TLC, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Tate McRae and more planned.
The show will also feature a special musical tribute to the Goddess of Pop, who will be honoured for her contributions to music and pop culture for over seven decades.
Having sold over 100 million records during the course of her career, she is the only artist to date who has had a No. 1 single on a Billboard chart for seven consecutive decades.
The 12th annual iHeartRadio Music Awards will celebrate the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2023, with fans able to vote in various categories including Best Lyrics, Best Music Video, TikTok Bop of the Year, Favorite Tour Style, Favorite Debut Album and more.
