Katy Perry is celebrating the anniversaries of her first three albums with a huge new box set release.
The pop superstar’s first three albums – ‘One of the Boys’ (2008), ‘Teenage Dream’ (2010) and ‘Prism‘ (2013) – all feature as part of the ‘Katy CATalog’ in line with their 15th, 13th and 10th anniversaries, respectively.
‘One Of The Boys – 15th Anniversary Edition’ is packaged with a 7” vinyl featuring two unreleased songs, A Cup of Coffee and I Think I’m Ready, which are out now digitally.
Meanwhile, the ‘Teenage Dream – Teenager Edition’ includes extra tracks from the 2012 ‘Complete Confection’ reissue, and ‘Prism – 10th Anniversary Edition’ comes with three bonus songs from the original deluxe edition
The records are pressed on opaque violet (‘One Of The Boys’), red and white peppermint “pinwheel” (‘Teenage Dream’) and “prismatic splatter” (‘Prism’) coloured vinyl.
“I don’t really believe in anniversaries, I don’t typically acknowledge them, but this was too good to be true this year. The math totally mathed,” says Katy. “Those are monumental numbers and I figured we’d do something special with them.”
‘Katy Perry CATalog Collector’s Edition’ is out October 20 and available to pre-order now. Each record is also available separately on standard black and limited edition coloured vinyl.
