Madonna and Fireboy DML have released the music video for their Frozen remix.
The Queen of Pop teamed up with the Nigerian star on the new rendition of her 1998 track, which has been released across digital platforms after debuting on TikTok.
The clip incorporates elements of Madonna’s original music video for the song, including shots of a huge black dog and an effect showing Madonna hitting the ground and turning into a flock of black birds.
In the remainder of the visual, the star performs in a black leather bustier, gloves and boots, against a flashing, multi-coloured background.
Meanwhile, Fireboy begins his part alone before singing to Madonna, after which they appear to go their separate ways.
Madonna recently revealed she was in the studio with Swae Lee, with whom she collaborated on her 2019 ‘Madame X’ cut Crave, working on new songs.
“So great to be back in the studio making Music again,” Madonna penned. “Suprises [sic] in the New Year.”
Madonna recently released her ‘Madame X’ concert documentary on Paramount+, along with a live album featuring tracks from the performance.
In a review of the record, Retro Pop said ‘Madame X (Music From The Theater Xperience)’ “captures the ‘Madame X’ Tour and reaffirms that she is and remains at the top of her game”.
