Janet Jackson has offered a teaser of her first new music in four years.
During the final hour of ‘JANET’, which aired on A&E and Lifetime in the US, the pop icon premiered her new track Luv I Luv.
A snippet of the song played during the credits of the last episode of the show, which saw the musician open up on her life and career like never before.

‘JANET’ gave viewers exclusive access to never-before-seen home videos and archival footage, dating back to her childhood and early career.
In the first episode, Janet explained why she decided to allow a film crew to follow her, admitting: “It’s just something that needs to be done.
“It’s never … You’ve had someone write this unauthorised biography or someone else do something. Or they’ll do a movie and it’s candy-coated.”
The documentary special is coming to UK screens later this month and will air on Sky Documentaries and NOW from January 31.
It coincides with the 40th anniversary of Janet’s 1982 self-titled debut album and the expected release of her 12th LP ‘Black Diamond’.
