Kylie Minogue is planning to switch things up when she tours her new album DISCO by staging the shows in the round.
The pop legend-turned-wine connoisseur is set to release her new record in November, and she tells Britain’s Daily Star newspaper its all about the “energy” of the music.
“The theme is that you’re all hot and sweaty and in it together,” the Spinning Around star shares, “but could be in a crowded room and shut your eyes, let the music and feeling in, and you could be in your own world.”
The Say Something star explains: “I imagine it as a tour, but done in the round. You normally want people to watch the show but I think in this case, part of it would encourage you to shut your eyes and feel the energy.”
Kylie’s known for her extravagant live shows and her 2019 headlining slot at Glastonbury was recently voted one of the U.K.’s favourites in the festival’s 50-year history.
