Martin and Gary Kemp are offering up a lunch date at London’s The Savoy, among a number of auction lots helping raise funds for the live performance industry in the UK.
The Spandau Ballet duo will treat one lucky fan to a lavish lunchtime meal at the iconic London establishment, as part of the Theatre Super Auction, to help various organisations, including Acting For Others, The Theatres Trust and Theatre Artists Fund, amid the Covid-19 shutdown.
Also up for grabs are handwritten lyrics to the group’s iconic hit True by Gary – one of the biggest hits of 1983!
Gary has also donated a monogrammed ‘RK’ shirt, as worn by the True hitmaker in his and Martin’s hit movie The Krays.
They’re not the only musical prizes on offer – 80s favourite Sinitta is also donating the ultimate prize package, including a signed Toy Boy T-shirt and an online mentoring session with the star.
Oh, and the top bidder will also get to appear in her new talent show!
Other prizes on offer include a Zoom call with singer/actress Cynthia Erivo, VIP experiences at a number of West End and Broadway shows, memorabilia packages from various productions, and luxury trips away.
