The LP – originally released in 1991 as the follow-up to the band’s debut, ‘Let It Bee’ – netted the group a further three UK Top 40 hits with Monsters And Angels, I Think I Love You and Perfect Place.

“To me, Honey Lingers is like a psychotic melodic patchwork of every single emotion we were having,” says singer Tracey Brynn. “It’s retro, joyful, frustrating, snarky, and sad. It spits, cries, shags, and dances and that was what we felt like we were doing as we toured, did television, press and general promotion all over the globe.”

There’s also previously unreleased tracks from the band live in concert, recorded at The Kentish Town & Country Club for BBC Radio One.

The album will also be available on vinyl for the first time since its original release.

‘Honey Lingers’ is out April 4 and available to pre-order from Voice Of The Beehive’s store, Amazon, HMV, Rough Trade, Townsend and more.
