The Killers celebrated Christmas by releasing a brand new song on social media.
The group shared the track on Monday (December 25) with the message: “Santa’s got a brand new song in his bag. Merry Christmas!”
Currently untitled, the four-minute guitar-driven number is reminiscent of the band’s early material and follows the release of their chart-topping ‘Rebel Diamonds’ best of LP.

In a review of the album, RETROPOP said ‘Rebel Diamonds’ is “packed with hits” but that it “comes across more as a substitute for the record that fell through than a wholehearted celebration of the group’s success to date”.
In support of the album, the group will embark on a UK tour next summer, with Glaswegian band Travis will be joining them as the opening act for the shows.
