Sharleen Spiteri’s daughter appears in Texas’ new video for their single Unbelievable.
The singer called upon her Misty to appear in the visual for the track, which sees Sharleen directing a music video featuring Misty playing a young version of her.
Shot in black and white, the clip is directed by Oscar and BAFTA-nominated director Sean Ellis.
Speaking about the collaboration, Sharleen says: “This is a very emotional song for me and now it’s gone to a different level with my daughter Misty Kyd starring in the video.”
The piano ballad is produced by Johnny McElhone and Angelica Bjornsson, with Sharleen adding: “We don’t usually do ballads, but this one really stuck.
“It’s so intimate and personal, but also really epic.”
