Spice Girls return to the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel for their new Wannabe lyric video.
The group shot to the top of the UK charts with their 1996 debut single and became TV icons with its accompanying visual, which saw the five-piece take over the central London location.
Now, 25 years later, Mel B, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie C and Geri Horner have revisited the site for a new lyric video.
The visual was created by Tom Burden of the We Are GROWNUP design studio and features the song’s lyrics floating in balloon letters
Each girl is represented by their own unique fonts, including Sporty’s track pants bubbles and Scary’s animal print letters.
The clip coincides with the 25th anniversary edition of the band’s first album ‘Spice’, which comes as a two-CD set inside a hardback book, as well as in cassette and vinyl versions.
‘Spice – 25th Anniversary’ is out now.
