Siouxsie Sioux will perform a live date at London’s Troxy as she continues to expand her forthcoming run of comeback shows.
The Siouxsie & The Banshees frontwoman announced her live return last December when she confirmed her first UK performance in a decade would take place at Latitude Festival in July.
She went on to announce live dates in Europe throughout May, followed by a performance at the Cruel World Festival in California on May 20.
Over the summer she’ll pick up the live dates, with stops at The Halls in Wolverhampton on June 21 and Tynemouth Priory and Castle as part of the Mouth Of The Tyne Festival on July 7, before helping launch the Summer Nights At The Bandstand concert series in Glasgow on July 25.
She’s now announced a stop at London’s Troxy on September 7, with tickets for her date in the capital going on sale Thursday, April 27 at 10am BST.
Siouxsie scored several UK Top 10 singles with The Banshees, including Hong Kong Garden, Happy House and Peek-a-Boo, releasing 11 albums between 1976 and 1996. Following their separation, she went on to enjoy a solo career and released her most recent single Love Crime – written for the finale of the TV series ‘Hannibal’ – in 2015.
