Shirley Bassey opened the 2022 BAFTA Film Awards ceremony with a performance of her iconic James Bond theme song Diamonds Are Forever.
The music legend hit the stage to perform the power ballad that soundtracked the 1971 007 movie of the same name.
Over the years, the hitmaker has recorded multiple songs for the Bond series, also providing soundtracks to the movies Goldfinger and Moonraker.
The 2022 BAFTA Film Awards took place at London’s Royal Albert Hall on March 13 with Rebel Wilson as host.
During the ceremony, ‘No Time to Die’ actress Lashana Lynch took home the EE Rising Star Award for her portrayal of Nomi in the film.
Meanwhile, Bassey previously praised Billie Eilish’s No Time to Die theme song, admitting: “It’s a big honour for a young artist to live up to the Bond expectation.”
