Scooch look set to release their first new music in 17 years.
The group’s last track, Flying The Flag (For You), was the United Kingdom’s Eurovision Song Contest entry back in 2007 and, despite finishing in joint 22nd place, became a UK Top 5 hit and one of the most iconic entries in recent history.
Now, they look set to reunite and, in a post on social media, teased new material.
Sharing the artwork to their previous song to their Instagram stories, the four-piece wrote: “Maybe time to release another chart topping banger?”
This year saw Scooch team up with easyJet on All Aboard the Orange Plane (The Eurovision Song), with Eurovision bosses urging fans to “sing-along and pretend it’s not the catchiest song you’ve heard this year”.
The company has been named the official airline of the 2024 Contest.
