Release Radar: new albums coming in 2024 from Bon Jovi, Kate Nash, Marc Almond and more…

The first quarter of 2024 has seen some brilliant album releases from Beyoncé, Liam Gallagher & John Squire, Bananarama and Shed Seven, among others – and there’s plenty more to look forward to!

Heading into the summer, Pet Shop Boys are back with their 15th album ‘Nonetheless‘, while Gabrielle unleashes her lush new LP ‘A Place In Your Heart‘, NKOTB prove they’re ‘Still Kidsand All Saints’ Shaznay Lewis returns with ‘Pages‘ – her first solo LP in 20 years.

Bon Jovi – Forever
Released: June 7

The rockers return with their 40th anniversary album featuring the epic new single Legendary. 

Peter Wilson – Touch
Released: June 7

Celebrating 30 years in music, Peter’s 11th album includes the singles Imagine That and Heard It In A Heartbeat. 

Meghan Trainor – Timeless
Released: June 14

Supported by the lead single Been Like This, a collaboration with T-Pain, the LP precedes Meghan’s return to touring after seven years!

Kate Nash – 9 Sad Symphonies
Released: June 21
Kill Rock Stars

The singer-songwriter’s first LP signed to the legendary Kill Rock Stars label, produced and mixed by Grammy-winner Frederik Thaae.

Released: July 5

The eighth album from the lad rockers and their first since 2022’s ‘The Alchemist’s Euphoria’

Joe Goddard – Harmonics
Released: July 12

The new album from the Hot Chip founder featuring 14 tracks of left-of-centre dance music, covering garage, house, hip-hop, pop and disco.

Marc Almond – I’m Not Anyone
Released: July 12

An 11-song covers collection of gems from the likes of Don McLean, King Crimson, Paul Anka, Colin Blunstone and Mahalia Jackson.

Travis – L.A. Times
Released: July 12

Produced by Tony Hoffer and written by Fran Healy in his studio on the edge of Skid Row, Los Angeles, the album is billed as Travis’ most personal album since ‘The Man Who’.

Griff – Vertigo
Released: July 19

A coming-of-age album that sees Griff scale new creative heights with a 360-approach on everything from production to fashion and design.

Empire Of The Sun – Ask That God
Released: July 26

Emperor Steele and Lord Littlemore return with their first collection in eight years, billed as “a liminal zone where reality and imagination are blurred and warped”. 

Will Young – Light It Up
Released: August 9

A 10-track return to “joyous pop”, the latest album from the singer-songwriter sees him reconnect with a host of familiar faces while inviting in new collaborators too.

The Script – Satellites
Released: August 16

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds – Wild God
Released: August 30

The 18th studio album by the Australian rock band and their first in five years.
