It’s an ’80s revival this week with two of the biggest acts of the decade back with new recordings – check them out!
Bonnie Tyler – The Best Is Yet To Come
Lifted from her forthcoming 18th album of the same name, Bonnie Tyler’s latest single The Best Is Yet To Come is a slice of ’80s new wave perfection.
Showcasing the star’s classic, gravelly tones, the tune features pulsing synths and a harmony laden sing-a-long chorus that proves irresistible.
Alongside previous release, When the Lights Go Down, it teases an album sure to be packed with uplifting, nostalgic tunes to rival even the best of her classic hits
Bonnie Tyler – The Best Is Yet To Come is due for release on February 21st, 2021
Duran Duran – Five Years
Ahead of their performance at the virtual David Bowie tribute Just For One Day on Friday, January 8th, Duran Duran have dropped their cover of Five Years.
Kicking up the synths for their rendition of the tune, frontman Simon Le Bon is bolstered by backup singers for the climatic chorus that would no-doubt impress the late starman.
You’ll find more on the live stream show, taking place on what would have been Bowie’s 74th birthday, here.
