Martin Kemp looks to have new music on the way.
The Spandau Ballet star has been working on tracks over the past 12 months, which could contribute to his first ever solo album.
Sources tell The Sun: “Martin has loads of songs but just isn’t quite sure what to do with it all.
“Once restrictions eased he was back in the studio.
“One of the people he recorded with was due to be on tour with Niall Horan but because of the pandemic, it was axed.
“Now Martin is trying to decide whether to go it alone with the record or team up with other people.”
Although the guitarist hasn’t released music on his own before, he did hit No. 12 in the charts back in 2019 with ‘In The Swing of It’, his duets album with wife Shirlie.
It marks the second Kemp album in recent months – Martin’s brother and fellow Spandau Ballet star Gary released his second LP, ‘INSOLO’, in July.
In a review of the album, Retro Pop called ‘INSOLO’ “a triumphant comeback after 25 years away”.
